3D COORDINATION

We use of 3D models (Ref. BIM Dictionary) to coordinate different disciplines (e.g. structural and mechanical) and identify/resolve potential conflicts between their virtual elements prior to actual construction or fabrication.

BIM helps us to automatically detect conflicts between multiple discipline mode components by using rule-based clash analysis programs. At the same time, visual control can be done by navigating through the combined models of all disciplines.

Clashes that may arise between discipline model elements are detected and resolved before they go to the field with the help of rule-based clash analysis tools used in 3D coordination processes.

In this way, clashes are resolved at the design stage, instead of construction stage, and wrong or repeat work is prevented, and lost costs such as material, time and labor are reduced.
